Hate to say this but if you'd put them through as two seperate transactions, you would have got two lots of 500 points for spending £25 on baby care (as I right in thinking that?)

Well I have just got home from a very enjoyable hunt around Boots! I so like getting fantastic bargains from them, especially as my OH used to work for them and they made our Christmas pretty rubbish as he had to work all the days that the older staff didn't fancy doing!!!!

    I managed to get -

    Little Me T-Shirt Set 9.99

    Little Me Sleep Set 9.99

    Little Me Sleep Set 9.99

    3 for 2

    Little Me Aroma Bear 14.99

Little Me Pamper Set (with towel)

Little Me Pamer Set (with towel)

    3 for 2

    Total before savings £74.94

    3 for 2 -£24.98
    Save -£37.50

    Total to Pay £12.46

I then used the 10% off voucher from the magazine which made the total

£9.96 (not sure how that is 10% but i'm not complaining!)

I was given 89 points, I then used a double points voucher that I already had to get an extra 89 points and I got the 500 points from a £25 spend (before all the wonderful savings!)

In total I got 678 points and paid £9.96 for £74.94 worh of items. Thank you so much to the OP!

Oh and I almost forgot, I also got the sun skincare voucher which I used to get the Time Delay hand and nail cream (£5.00) for free!

Went to my local Boots today (Chesterfield) and they didn't have any (sob, sob!). I even asked someone who worked there if they had any 'Little Me' Gift Sets, she said they had all gone.

Oh well, never mind. I might try another Boots store if I get the chance.

    Zippybungle, check your email ;)

I think the tills must be set up differently in each store. They were on the 3 for 2 and then they took 1/2 price of each (including the free ones). I split my shoppng into 3 transactions. This is what I bought altogether:-
    5 Little Me Towel sets @ £14.99
    1 Little Me T-shirt set @ £9.99
3 Little Me Teddy Bear Sets @ £14.99

Altogether I spent £24.94 and got 1752 points making a total of £7.42. I know there was 10% off vouchers in one of the books but I didn't have one. I also got 3 of the £5 skincare vouchers and I paid £1 along with each and got the No. 7 Tanless Sunning Kit (6 altogether as they were £6 each but on bogof). Thanks to OP for this brilliant tip.
    If I had known then what I know now . . .

  • They had loads of sets in Chester Foregate Street store. Didn't have any prices on but still got the discount. Thanks Charlotte_
Hopeless by name, hopeless by nature.

Excellent! Did you check the advantage card machine to see if you had a points voucher for a total spend? Mine was giving voucher for only a £10 spend, its always been £15 before.

I shopped in 2 different stores. The first store took a 75 points on £10 spend one I got from the machine. Printed out another 2 and tried to use them in the second store but they didn't give me the extra points. Still, not complaining as it was such a bargain. Also forgot about getting the magazine with the 10% off in it.

Woohoo, I got some of these yesterday - thanks again to the OP! They were marked as 3 for 2 on the shelf, but not half price. With the 10% voucher, got 3 sets for £3.98, and the 500-odd points.
    What a great post!:T
