PPC didn't include the contract in their evedence pack, now i know why. If its true what the POPLA assessor says that the contract commencement date is 01 October 2016. While the alleged offence took place on the 22nd September 2016.
Am i right that he can complain to DVLA for breach of data as they had no right to get the details becuase no offence had taken place. Also if he is entilted to £250 for that breach?0 -
I like the sound of that jabar. How would i go about that0

Email the DVLA to find out when they got your data, as explained by pappa golf:

And contact the landowner to clarify why this agent issued a PCN before the contract started, or to find out if in fact they were authorised in September? If they were NOT authorised to enforce prior to 1st October, then this is serious and you could potentially then take steps to report them and to seek £250 or so for DPA breach.
But first find out the facts. Maybe there was a prior contract. Do not ask the parking firm though!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi All,
is it possible to claim money back once you have paid. I have been fined three times at this venue, 1. for being over the 5 hour limit, 2. for being over the 5 hour limit, 3. for parking my motorcycle on crossed hatchings. I appealed the first penally notice and lost and paid the last 2. But if the company do not have permissions per section 7.1 to act on behalf of the landowner and the signage is wrong and not visible, do i have a case to get my money back?
Also, how do you know if the company have permission form the land owner and where there land actually starts and ends? The signs do not state this info that well
Thank you in advance,0
