Help to buy ISA - moving abroad

Hi
I currently have a Halifax Help to Buy ISA, I've just accepted a job in Europe so wont be living in the UK from November.
I think I know the answer to this already but I presume I will not be able to pay into my ISA as I will no longer be a UK resident, is this correct?
Thanks

My 2nd thought is that my 1st thought was correct:o
If you will be non resident in UK for tax purposes, you won't be able to add to your HTB ISA. There is though, nothing to stop you leaving it in place earning interest until you return.0 -
Hi, OK thanks for the reply. I guess I will ring Halifax and confirm with them.
I'll just switch my current savings into the highest interest account I can currently find.0 -

The rules say that to 'qualify for a help to buy ISA you must be a UK resident'.

When you opened it you were a UK resident and when you claim the bonus you will presumably be one too.0
