Norwegian to Air Explore flight change

Hi.
I just received a text message to say that my flight originally with Norwegian Air on Sunday has been changed to Air Explore (never heard of them). Should I be concerned? Get a refund whilst I can?

Has this happened to anyone else in the past? And did you have any problems? A quick internet search brought up something about the 'New Airline' not turning up and passengers being stranded at the airport.

I'm already a nervous flyer/traveller so this hasn't helped.

They are a Slovak airline that operates charters and sub-charters and wet leases to other airlines.

They operate B737-800 aircraft.

I doubt you will see much difference between them and Norweigan except you won't have wifi on the aircraft. That said, on the last two D8 flights the wifi hasn't been working either.

It's a means of travel from A to B.

I had the very same dilemma for a flight in August. The Air Explore aircraft are modern, the staff were pleasant and spoke very good English/Spanish.

There were snacks/drinks/"Dutyfree" to purchase too.

The only downside was the lack of WiFi on board... but no problem for a 2 1/2 hour flight to Spain.
