I have just seen some of this bog roll. At least they now threaten the "Sheriffs Court"*. Oh, and surprise, surprise, they quote Beavis.
It's full of the usual nonsense (as far as Scotland is concerned) and doesn't state any PCN reference.
Guess the RK will just file it with the other bog roll.
* Which should be "Sheriff", not "Sheriffs".
Edit re perfect timing: As I was posting the RK opened another letter they received in the same post - their bowel screening test kit. So that's 2 pieces of mail full of **** in the same delivery!0 -

Technically, Beavis, having made it to the Supreme Court, sets precedence across the UK, so it's a valid claim to make (despite all of the differences which render it moot). There's still no POFA in Scotland, so there's still no keeper liability. If the driver is identified, then they can try and cite Beavis but it's still an uphill struggle.0 -

Turns out, the PCN number is on the latest bog roll as "Client Reference". It relates to 2014, and there is no way to identify the driver as all you can see are a pair of hands.0
