EE Broadband credit problem

We have just moved house and I have been with EE for years.
The line move didnt go to plan, we needed a new phone socket/line as the old one had been removed, i informed EE of this at the time and said we needed BT. I stayed of work on the day of installation waiting for BT to turn up. They didnt come, when I called EE they said BT had checked their records and the property had a line so didint come, despite me requesting this, no one bothered to inform me though. I was told as a gesture of good will I was told that I would receive 2 months credit against my account.
Since moving in the broadband has been very poor, so after various calls to resolve it, I was told I would be given two weeks credit.
I checked my account the other day for the first month credit and it hadn't been applied, when I phoned to query this, they said the have checked my records and cant see anything saying I should be getting any credit.
I don't know where to go with this now as it is my word against theirs.
Is there anything I can do or contact to get this resolved?
