Their service is dreadful.
Every day for no discernible reason on at least 1 occasion the connection will crap out and I have to switch the router off for about ten minutes before I can get it to work again.
When it does happen it happens every day between 6-7pm, possibly other times as well.
Why?

What router do you have? I had the same issues & got an engineer out who said my router was notorious for having issues & he gave me a newer model one & I've since had no issues../.Dwy galon, un dyhead,

My internet has been 100% better since the switch. The engineer said they should have never sent out the old routers...Dwy galon, un dyhead,

I have a DSL 504.What router do you have? I had the same issues & got an engineer out who said my router was notorious for having issues & he gave me a newer model one & I've since had no issues../.
I don't see how it can be the router when the problem happens at the same time every day.0 -

Time may indicate high level of traffic, especially as you're talking about peak time....
I could hardly get online & had to add extra data to my mobile phone bundle just to be able to get online. If you've got the router which is in the first link ask them to get an engineer out & they should change it for you...Dwy galon, un dyhead,
