Vodafone One Net Express - Ombudsman

So today I finally sent a letter to Vodafone about the rental increases on my One Net Express service.

My arguement is that when I took the handsets, it was a whole package, 4 handsets, 3 land lines. They increased the line rental of 3 of the handsets and literally handed me the PAC codes without me even asking.

The 4th handset however didn't incur a price increase, so I was literally held to ransom by Vodafone on this final piece of the jigsaw.

One Net Express is really important for my business, we are rarely in the offices and by us having a landline it gets us some great business and we can answer them on site.

So this last phone ended up costing me over £800 to buy out of, thats massive for a small business. Plus by the time I'd had the full argument with Vodafone I was passed the point of no return on the handsets and landline numbers I'd pointed out.

If I can't get any where with the ombudsman, I have drafted a County Court Judgment, however I can see as of today they have 30 outstanding CCJ's worth £16k, so one for £800 ish might not make the difference!
