Vectone mobile network problem

Hi there
I hope someone can help me, im having problems with my vectone mobile network, all this months it was fine I had no problems at all but just this afternoon it shows R on the network.
so I have followed the instructions as per their website but its not working.
I have emailed the CS but I don't think I will get the reply any soon, I cant call the CS from the phone as it says call failed and if I call the (020) 7179 0134 its says "please wait for the cs" and it cuts off.


so I don't know what to do
What happens if you push this button?

  • Do nothing. You wont get charged extra for roaming in the uk. Im with delight, vectones sister company,and i have never been charged extra.

    I'm with Delight, their cs is a joke. Can't get hold of them through calling, continually on hold with no option of a call back or any details of how many are in front of you.
    I'm trying to leave but they are refusing to give me my PAC code. I'm losing business but it's vital I keep this number as I've had it forever (well almost! ;) ) but too many people that rely on getting hold of me this way.
    Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
    Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
    Take time but don't waste time
