I'd say;
babies -> toddlers -> children -> teenagers -> adults0 -
Some surveys ask if you have children, actually meaning school age (small) children, but others mean any offspring, long flown the nest.
My sons are in their thirties, but the answer to 'Do you have children?' is, 'Yes.'
Same here, if asked "Do you have children" I would say "Yes, one married son, 34". How can I say no? I bore him, raised and disciplined him and wept tears of joy at his wedding over 4.5 years ago.“And all shall be well. And all shall be well. And all manner of things shall be exceeding well.”
