My first port of call would be go to :- https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/thankyou/

And when it asks you if you want to run or save, choose SAVE and select your usb drive as the destination.
Then pop the usb drive in the other laptop and run the software from there ..

Decline the offer of a free trial of the pro version.
Once it has removed the likely hundreds of instances of malware it finds, come back and update us

My download page using Chrome on W10

    Installation instructions

    Find installer
Look for the mbam-setup.exe file in your Downloads folder (or where you saved it).
    Open installer
Double click the file and run the program.
    Follow installer instructions
Read the instructions to complete installation.
    HELP
*If you're downloading from another computer because yours is infected, drag the file onto a USB drive. Copy the file onto the infected computer and double click to run the program.

The download link ... right-click it and choose Save Target As (or the equivalent menu option)? :)

Alternatively for offline scanning you can use the Avira Rescue System.

    https://www.avira.com/en/download/product/avira-rescue-system

Usage instructions can be found on the same page.

ok managed to get on an scan got rid of malware and not too bad only 37 she had 3 antivirus on so removed two and running Avg as we speak but she was getting a message that couldnt open office as didnt have it.
Saw a load of programs downloaded one of which was microsoft office enterprise 2007.
When click into it it says
the language of this installation package is not supported by your system"
And i cant seem to be able to open any office programs at all.
Asked if they had the key for the office program but she has no idea.
