  • Did you buy online or in store?


    In store - there is no "right to return", some companies do it as the costs of refunds brings in more happy customers who spend more (i.e.M&S and supermarkets model). Presumably SD have worked out that refusing refunds unless faulty is more cost effective?


    Online - the company will refund if you return the goods, but you may be liable for p&p

    Or they'll accept in-store returns of online orders, but won't refund in cash/to card - only in vouchers. (Which they can quite legally do).
