A disabled friend of mine ordered a new car and it was agreed with the sales man and the sales manager that the car would have premium paint which would cost £450 extra however the salesman said if she signed the sales contract she would get the premium paint free of charge . A Contract was then signed by my friend and the sales manager .A few weeks later when she rang to inquire about a delivery date she was told by another salesman that the contract had been changed without her knowledge and the car was to be supplied in standard paint is this Fraud?

If your friend placed the order why would the garage be required to inform you of any change?

It would breach of the CCRs if it happened as described. What really matters is the colour that's on the order - is it the plain colour or the upgraded paint?

They didn't. OP says her friend rang to inquire and was told about the contract being altered.
No-where did it say they had to inform OP
