Barclays Charges Claim Success. Massive Thanks
Comments

Doesn't answer the issue I had with your post.
As before..
Barclays Premium Current Account? Why were you advising OP to title their thread about an account they didn't have? What is a Barclays Premium Current account?
What on earth are you on about?
What does premium mean?
"an amount to be paid for a contract" or "a sum added to an ordinary price or charge."
An account which has a monthly fee and offers benefits is a "premium" account
As I have now said for the third time, this post is about OP claiming back the fees for their paid for account, but they have misleadingly titled it "charges claim" which might confuse people into thinking they can complain about old charges rather than packaged account fees. On top of that, there is a dedicated post for this sort of thing, making a new post is pointlessSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Oh, the irony! What does premium mean?
"an amount to be paid for a contract" or "a sum added to an ordinary price or charge."

The OP has had these charges(fees) refunded with interest.
“What is a packaged bank account? A packaged bank account is a current account that comes with at least one insurance policy (such as travel and mobile phone insurance). It may also include a range of other non-insurance goods or services (such as airport lounge access).” FCA (not the dictionary).
In fact, the FCA's latest review on PBAs does not contain the word “premium”.
“Packaged bank accounts are current accounts that come with a “package” of extra features – from mobile phone and travel insurance, to better rates on overdrafts and loans. They might be called things like “reward”, “premium” or “gold” accounts – and there’s usually a monthly fee.” FOS
From this site.
“While you can pay for the accounts above, most banks also have a 'premium' account. This is generally for people earning high salaries (usually £100,000+) or who have significant investments or mortgage borrowing.” The OP did not have this account. Hence my question. As I have now said for the third time, this post is about OP claiming back the fees for their paid for account, but they have misleadingly titled it "charges claim" which might confuse people into thinking they can complain about old charges rather than packaged account fees.On top of that, there is a dedicated post for this sort of thing, making a new post is pointless
What ever "that sort of thing is", there isn't such a post.
Nor is there a Barclays PBA with the title Barclays Premium Current Account.0
