Nice quiet Scrimpy NSD today! Went for my brisk walk - lovely sunny day today - got home and did my ironing.
Made chili for dinner and used Tom Kerridge’s method of roasting the mince- worked very well! Just have to see what the end result tastes like later! Plenty will be left over for tomorrow night with a jacket potato.
Lunch all done for tomorrow - had some smoked salmon in the freezer that I bought before Christmas so that will do two lunches this week. First week’s weigh in day tomorrow!
Scott: if you’re reading this I owe you an apology. The new series diet programme you mentioned DOES start next week. I was looking at the catch up details on the previous series when I looked on All4. I did watch the episode on the 5:2. The lady trying it out had quite a bit to lose and went on it for 3 months. She ended up losing 1 stone 2 lbs so not bad. Not sure what her calorie intake was on the other days but I’ve a feeling she cheated a little!:D
Anyway back to work tomorrow - start of the full five day week.
I’m not doing anything in particular in the week but a friend and I are going to see the Gary Oldman film about Churchill - Darkest Hour - next weekend so will be booking tickets for that.
Have a relaxing Sunday evening everyone.Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟
