  • I'll watch that, it incentivises me a lot to watch healthy eating programmes when I'm trying to lose weight.

I saw a good programme about which nations eat the healthiest food on either Channel 4 or ITV in the week. It turns out Iceland is the healthiest, we of course, are way down the list :rotfl:.

re Surveys do what i did maybe? ie update your signature to keep track of your earnings via surveys.

Thanks for the tip Scott. I’ve now done this with the sites I’m currently with apart from You Gov as for some reason I can’t get on at the mo to check my points balance. I’m going to have a look at the others you recommended on your thread.

Chef Tom Kerridge has a new diet series which started on TV the other night. It’s based on good old calorie counting but some of the recipes were lush. He has a method of roasting mince in the oven before actually putting it in the sauce and the end result looked very tasty. I’m going to try this one out!

This morning I took the deccies down:(. Bits of glitter etc everywhere but after a good dusting, vacuuming and steaming everything looks spick and span though rather bare. Lunchtime was my Pilates session then went for a good, brisk walk fof half an hour and picked up some fruit and veg on the way back home. Decided to leave the ironing till tomorrow and watched “Spectre” in the afternoon which I recorded last week.

Going to catch up with diaries before settling down to another bout of “Spiral”

Have a good Saturday evening everyone!

I clicked through the link Scott and it appears to be an old series’ but I can view the 5:2 episode via the All 4 app which I’m going to do.

Hairy - it must be all that fresh yoghurt and fish you get in Iceland! Our British version of Iceland sells frozen sausage rolls!:rotfl:

The CC cream gives brilliant coverage SSG. When I had a really bad flare up of eczema on my face it covered it up a treat. I won't use anything else now. Plus it feels light on your skin and you don't need to worry about tide marks.

    Have a great weekend :)

They did mention yoghurt and fish, but not sausage rolls :rotfl:.

You were very productive today SSG , how was Pilates , still being a benefit. Having a break from the ironing for 5 mins.

I’m definitely going to get some SA next time I need to buy my foundation. It sounds just the ticket. I’ll let you know how it goes

Cumbria -I felt at my most productive when I was watching ‘Spectre’ and goggling at Daniel Craig!:D

Pilates was good - I’ve a long way to go with it (especially the Plank!) because of stiffness but I always come out of there feeling a lot looser and my lower back seems nice and stretched in a good way.
