If @Sun_Addict is reading she will probably know. Apparently my box is now in transit!
You can cancel the beauty box whenever you want as far as I know. I’ve had my subscription for years ever since it was the You beauty box. They normally only take a few days to arrive but obviously the current situation is affecting this.
Thanks @Sun_Addict I am just being cautious incase things become difficult in a few months and I need to cancel but I have signed up now :)

  • I'm shamefaced to admit that I didn't do them last night @HairyHandofDartmoor (also hangs head down). I'm going to do them when I get back from my walk so I'll be a bit loosened up. I'm actually quite looking forward to them. And I'll sort out the headphones afterwards too!😀
That happens to me all the time SSG, I have good intentions and then don't do the workout. I hope you manage them tonight and the headphones, that will make you feel good if you manage both :).

I did the Hotpod yoga for the NHS last week and donated. It was really good, I think they raised over £100k in the end. I do far too much cardio and should do more yoga but I enjoy cardio more. I have a lot of stamina but not much flexibility.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)

Thanks @Sun_Addict and @doingitanyway. I'm quite looking forward to receiving my box - hopefully it will arrive tomorrow.

And DIA and @HairyHandofDartmoor - you'll be pleased to know that I did my stretches and fired up the headphones. The stretches actually made my lower back feel quite good. I feel  as though I'm rather 'compacted' these days!  I love my headphones too!  They have an excellent sound. I'm still faffing around with them, but again I should have eaten the 🐸 much earlier.  The tech wasn't as bad as feared!😀

SA is really hot on fitness M_F, she puts us all to shame!

So apart from the stretches, walk and deciphering the headphones, I finished the cleaning jobs. I ended up clearing out two of the kitchen drawers as certain things seemed to have ended up in the wrong drawer!  They now make a lot more sense - utensils I use the most like stick blender, colander etc are in the top drawer and other less used bits in the lower drawer.

But you've been doing nice things in the garden and making lovely jam. Much better than me sorting out drawers!

On @HairyHandofDartmoor's diary she started some gentle yoga exercises using Barbara Currie's  7 Secrets of Yoga DVD which prompted me to dust off my own copy. The exercises are in 10 minute segments for different parts of the body.  I've started with the 10 Minute Miracle Beginners section which are nice stretches for little old inflexible me!🧘🧘🧘🧘
