Cable is the best way to get fast and stable services imho.
Bare in mind Virgin do have traffic management, so expect slower speeds during peak times.
Coupled with their poor retention and customer service, no thanks"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

I think it may be a package with the VIVO 200. I'll have to wait and see and confirm. But I'm more than happy to give it a go for 3 months. I'm not usually too picky with what we have as long as it fits the budget.0

I've had a read and I think it may be Big Kahuna or something. Yes it's just get you to keep with them isn't it. But, I probably will tbh and just choose one of the packages that has what we need.0 -

Compare with Sky and other's, don't be tied to them because they give it to you for free for a set period."It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

They're a good service for TV and for internet, faster than most others but also have occasional (brief) outages. Their customer service requires patience.
Make sure you start with and stick with the most basic service you can get away with as upgrading's easy but downgrading's a hassle. If you have good Virgin mobile reception they offer a £5 per month mobile add-on to the media package which is really good value. Their landline package doesn't look great unless you use the phone a lot. There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -
It was full pack for free for three months on our new build.
I went through cashback instead and got the package I wanted.0 -

Just in case anybody in the future comes across this when searching for something similar - it's the full-house package with the 200mbps broadband and free weekend calls. Installation, box and hub all included free and the package is free for 3 months.0
