If the BPA/Wright Haasall smell bad, then god only knows what the IPC/IAS/Will Hurley, John Davies/Gladstones combination smells like

  • To my mind the government has been grossly negligent in allowing the private parking companies to administer their own appeals systems.
I's like putting 'a fox in charge of a hen hut'.

Unless a scheme like the Traffic Penalty Tribunal (as the Local Council's) is set up, negative publicity will abound and motorists will continue to be plagued by 'kangaroo courts'.

Mrs May is now in the dock to prove her worth. She has allocated Brexit to others so now is the time to dedicate herself to home affairs and stop the scammers ripping people off.
The point is, does she have the capability to do so ?

Had councils run TPT in the same way as ppc's do there would have been an outcry.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.
