To my mind the government has been grossly negligent in allowing the private parking companies to administer their own appeals systems.
I's like putting 'a fox in charge of a hen hut'.
Unless a scheme like the Traffic Penalty Tribunal (as the Local Council's) is set up, negative publicity will abound and motorists will continue to be plagued by 'kangaroo courts'.REVENGE IS A DISH BETTER SERVED COLD0 -
