a month ago my parents left sky the but got a deal with sky for basic few broad band with the phone line
it was rubbish
so they got the finer optic
however it just doesn't work
an engineer has been out twice, yesterday for 3 hours replacing cables etc and did what he said was humanly possible at the house end, it worked until he left then dropped out again
whenever i or my parents call sky there fob us off, take a picture of the hub etc!!!!
where do we stand re cancelling compo refunds etc?
they have been without internet now month that they primarily rely on to Skype their who lives and works in belarus
it was rubbish

Unless its a business account expect little in the way of compensation .
To cancel contract that must be done via Sky complaints .0 -

Yes if its unusable through a ISP fault you can ask for a refund .
Is this connection that drops out over wifi ??0
