Thank you Juliecon and welcome I read your diary good going subscribed.
So where are we now work manic think we might have to stop referrals my team is stressed so that's no good. Ceo seem to think it's my problem when I said all along I cannot take anymore. This is too big but she didn't listen. Showdown on Monday but confirmation that my contract end September 30/9 now no please stay on. Oh and we're in trouble for the audit which is my bag and I've not got time to sort it.
House is fine, been value for mortgage so progressing, got a call about a suitable one to buy but can't get down until the 22nd June so will have to wait. If one came up in my absolute favourite position I would go down in one evening but it hasn't so far.
Dg is still up and down with her job supervisor took her out for lunch so that was nice. I think she'll be fine but she's got confidence wobbles.
Fitness wise I'm running twice a week and playing golf. Still need to loose some flab before the cruise next month not long now. Running tomorrow such nice weather now.
Moneywise lots of lunch out and coffee not good but convenient at least. Also got Uber back the other night from board meeting. Anyway upwards and onwards as they say.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Weekend has been good so far played golf yesterday actually beat the other team with dg although she was distraught again about the golf which wasn't good. We are through to the next round to. She needs to get over that or no body will play with her. She had a few drinks last night I didn't as I'm playing in another completion today.
Work is hard but we've kept up with referrals and got the cases done so might just pull it off. One team member now off sick and one stressed and the other two on leave so I'm on my own this week but people will just have to wait unless it's urgent. Troubles on the audit side which I need to spend some time on. Not sure how I'm going to fit it in.
My ceo has surprisingly handed me over the final evaluation now of course it's last minute and had I had it earlier I would have done it much sooner. I've had help to get it started and I've got two new volunteers lined up potentially. Would be amazing to get that done as it's the foundation for the funding bid to be able to carry on. I'm not going to be there but would be a great legacy to leave behind.
Been running twice a week in the mornings really enjoying it so that's working. Food a bit rubbish at weekends but on the whole ok. Not putting on weight but not loosing any either. Cruise looming soon lol.
Right that's it more chilling then golf at 2.30 same type of team completion as yesterday.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Reread my last post that week at work was though but CEO has offered help so achieved something team members still stressed but the other two will be back Monday thank god. Big meeting Tuesday about the way forward.
Has run twice this week all good food not great and wine last night bu5 only a couple and a beer so all ok.
Just sorted out all the stuff for the solicitor and the paperwork. Need to her passport scanned and signed but I work with several solicitors. Going to see if I can blag using someone else's DX rather than use Royal Mail expensive and DX safer at least.
Gd is more positive about her job which helps a lot and is doing the telephone counselling once a week. Ive referred myself back to counselling but the guy I was seeing is gone. I think it will help me but let's see if I get a slot.
Not seen any houses I would drive down to look at so in a way that's good. No rush and would rather see my sale safely down the way than rush things.
Need to do some study DG is at hairdressers then we're off to the driving range via Tesco's later when she's done.
Still not great on spending for lunches etc but I'll try and be better. Have set up two locked savings pots with Monzo pays interest and locked for 6 months and one for 1 year. My Tesco savings account is reducing interest so that will now be closed and moved to Monzo.
My account where the profits from renting the house out has taken a hit but hopefully be enough money still to cover fees and buying fees for new place.
Think that's it 3 weeks to the cruise cannot wait.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Booked two viewings for Saturday going down just for the day as playing golf Sunday. One is in my preferred location perfect location in actual fact but it's way overpriced and needs a lot of renovations. It would need to be a lot cheaper or it's a no go but worth having a look anyway. The second one is not far nice location but not the perfect one also have north facing garden although it's a very long one. Needs renovations but a lot cheaper than the other one and a proper house with separate garage and parking for two cars the other one only had parking for one and internal garage.
Let's wait and see will be good to get started at least I'll know and I'm in no rush really.
Work is manic but we have stopped referrals for one week and got help from someone else which was much needed.
Going on a conference tomorrow lots of networking which will be fab actually three of my team will be there too which is really nice.
Working late Friday due to an event but all good. Can't wait for the weekend countdown to cruise.
In money terms transferred money out of my Tesco account now it doesn't pay interest anymore. Set up a new pot in Monzo and changed Moneybox to the lower fee option.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Weekend almost over but has been a good one. Late workdo Friday then up early heading down south so see three properties. First was an bungalow in the right area but unbeknown to me they are building 250 homes at the bottom of the road. Didn't like the house anyway so easy to disregard.
Then saw a house on the top of a hill stunning views and the garden is a real entertainment area. No hot tub but there is a pool. Wow loads of patios a single garage that can be converted into a pool bar and a side garden that can be fenced off to make a traditional garden. Loved it both of us. Third house a 1930,s semi needing loads of work work but this one we loved didn't need anything doing. They are buying a boat and sailing off into the sunset. I wonder if they will sell the furniture too. Going to get DGs uncle to take a second look early next week
Golf ok today dg still struggling with completions I'm getting bored with that now to be honest
Anyway bath now then chill before prepping food for next week the jobsSave £12k in 25 No 49

So DGs uncle went to see the house he's given us a lot of feedback and it's a sound house that needs little work doing to it. He's very nosy so has spoken to the neighbours they said it hasn't sold as people are put off by the swimming pool. It's such a unique house due to the garden yes the motor way is noisy and the kitchen is small but you can make it open plan and get the look you want eventually. I'm going to make a low offer and see what happens. The owners were there today their dog has broke. It's leg. Sounds like they are moving nearer to family as well as going off travelling.

Made an offer of £375k was turned down so increased to £380k but in the end settled for £385k. The owners are going to a small flat so can't take all the furniture so might let me purchase some of it which would be good they just don't know yet.
Really excited it's off the market and we now move to the next step.Save £12k in 25 No 49
