Never had an issue with DPD and their little message to narrow down your slot to an hour window is very useful.

Yodel have fluffed things up for me on six different occasions.

Hermes once put a package in the wheelie bin on collection day.

Parcelforce... can't say I've ever had problems but then not many deliveries from them.

Arrow XL or whatever they're called - they've been alright.

Royal Mail (I know Parcelforce is part of Royal Mail Group) - if you pay for the recorded/premium services they do seem to make more of an effort. Using 1st class/2nd class... hmm... right now in fact, I'm waiting on a 1st class delivery order from Tuesday and yet something I ordered yesterday, and decided to save postage on and opted for 2nd class because it's not urgent, yep arrived today. I just don't quite get how that works.
