Btw Malaysia Airlines have great fares, aircraft with 3-4-3 and 2-4-2 seating, are members of One World alliance so you could earn Avios for a BA household account https://www.britishairways.com/en-gb/executive-club/household-accounts

Funny that you weren't quite so glowing in your praise when I posted the Malaysia deal on his first thread.
Now here you are, posting as if you discovered it. :D

OP: What prices are you seeing? I mentioned on your previous thread that you're better booking a through ticket with stopovers and I stick with that. I was basing it on my research for NZ next year using Emirates and stopping at Bangkok on the way out and back. There are also options to stop elsewhere, including Dubai.

You need to get off your high horse regarding seat arrangement/width. From his KLM/Air France thoughts, the OP doesn't care, and some of the airlines you consider cramped have the same seat width as Malaysian's A330, which would be needed beyond Kuala Lumpur.

I haven't made any comments in this thread regarding seat widths.
Malaysia airlines has aircraft with 2,3,4 seating together options which may be good for the OP.
There's more to passenger space and comfort than just seat widths.

Is that soft or Alcoholic Beverages? Or both?

They do not serve alcohol on flights of three hours or less. That was certainly the case in January/March on regional flights, however, there was no issue with soft drinks.

I realise that this thread has wandered away from my OP. However, I'll just point out that I'm teetotal, and hence 'dry' airlines are no problem for me.

They aren't 'dry' anyway. Only domestic flights and more recently, flights of three hours or less.
