Do I really have to go through all this?

Hi,
A few months back I received a parking ticket in the car park of the office I rent. My ticket had blew off the dashboard into the foot well so I had to appeal it and won.
I have just come home to find a letter saying that I had received a parking ticket on the 8th of August and that they hadn't received payment blah blah blah...
Basically there wasn't a ticket on my windscreen, I was displaying my permit and as far as I am concerned I did nothing wrong.
I managed to find the photos online and they have take three pictures of my vehicle. One shot of my car, one of the windscreen where you can see the permit on the dashboard and one of the actual permit - the image quality is poor and you can barely read the permit details but it is my one and only permit issued by them.
I know that the appeal process is pretty time consuming and honestly I do not really have the time at the moment. I run my own business from that premises.
What should I do in this situation. I know I have displayed my permit and I am really annoyed about this.
Thanks
Mat

Which PPC? The appeal we recommend in the NEWBIES thread isn't time consuming and it's already written to copy & paste.
Then if it's an IPC firm you ignore them after appealing once but not ignoring court papers, of course!
If it's a BPA firm you then appeal to POPLA (2nd stage) and again we can help. So who is it?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It's PTL Parking Ltd - original ticket issuer, which I never saw.
The letter I have today is from PCS - Parking Collection Services0 -

This is not clear. You got a ticket you appealed and won ?
Is this the same ticket or a new one0 -
New ticket - I was just emphasizing that i knew the full popla process was fairly time consuming.0

You need to either pay, and make yourself an easy target for further tickets (which no-one here will recommend!) or fight.
For details of the latter, start by reading the NEWBIES thread.

BPA member then, POPLA is available as second stage.
You could just ignore them but they do try the odd claim:New ticket - I was just emphasizing that i knew the full popla process was fairly time consuming.

...so POPLA is better because the keeper can win. For now you may as well submit the usual blue writing template appeal from the NEWBIES thread which only takes 5 minutes to copy and add the keeper's name and address & VRN/PCN number, etc.
Is the PCS letter brown or blue ink and is it called a 'Notice to Keeper' or (instead, which one) a 'Notice to Owner'?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The PCS letter is blue and is a notice to keeper.
I found the POPLA appeal so stressful before and I can't go through all that again when I haven't done anything wrong!
This is their photo of my permit:

Could you tell us the EXACT wording about 28 days and keeper liability - or better still, show us a scan or photo of the PCN letter (cover your name, address and car VRN and PCN number but leave all dates visible).
I can't get your permit link to work. Display it instead in Dropbox or Tinypic, etc.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You have the option to ignore it - but they have 6 years to pursue you through the county court, and if it gets to the court stage the workload you've been through for a POPLA appeal will pale compared to what will be needed to defend a county court claim.I found the POPLA appeal so stressful before and I can't go through all that again when I haven't done anything wrong!
POPLA can kill this dead for you, no further comeback from the PPC.
Otherwise I'm not sure what you're asking us to suggest for you. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I displayed my valid parking permit and they claim to have ticketed me. If they gave me a parking ticket everyday then would I have to spend my life sending appeals to POPLA?0
