  • Just an update...
    I sent an angry email to our landlord and they have been in touch with the parking company. This was the response given:

    “Our apologies, we are not sure how this reached the collections company (IT department now investigating) as it was cancelled on the day it was issued as a permit is on show. This is cancelled and I will notify the collections company immediately to cease correspondence.”

    This has still caused stress, concern and taken up valuable time. Should I just let it be? I can't help but wonder how many tenants might be scared by this demand and make the payment!

    Was the letter from PCS also called a NTK (Notice to Keeper), and does it mention a ticket being put on your vehicle.
