EE - voicemail charges for messages left- Roaming

Just a small point for anyone using the above. Someone at work was charged £10 for people leaving her messages that she didn't listen to.
Their website says it should be free
http://ee.co.uk/help/add-ons-benefits-and-plans/call-or-going-abroad/roaming-using-your-phone-abroad - (expand using voicemail abroad)
so she got a refund, but they said that was wrong and will be changed. So if you have already been charged, grab a screenshot quick, and get a refund, or in the future turn off voicemail.

Other networks ymmv.

They charge you as if you had answered the call abroad yourself. Best bet is turn it off before you go. All a bit of a scam.. lucky they paid up..

Think 3 and IDmobile are the ones that don't charge.
