Assuming you're using the white/blue theme, there's a easy to see dark pink New Thread button towards the top left of the forum thread page, and also at the bottom left.

If you have the white/green theme then the buttons are in the same place but they are blue.

If you're using a mobile, use a PC.

Hello, I'm not sure how to create a new thread and not sure if someone could help me.
It's regarding special delivery Royal Mail as well but in my case is regarding a document not received from Legalisation UK (Milton Keynes) via Royal Mail. It has been more than 2 months waiting for a simple document to be legalised and today I've filled the Royal Mail online claim (P58-uploaded receipts). It says it will take another 30 days for investigation. I was wondering if someone else went through similar process and if Royal Mail was able to find the lost pre-paid special delivery.
    Thank you in anticipation,
    Daliflor

Just to let everybody know that even if send a pre-paid envelope to Legislation UK with certain track no they will change it and they won't tell you and probably, as in my case, they will send your document to wrong address. So frustrating if another appointment depends on a certain legalisation document.:mad::mad::mad:
PS: Still unable to find newbie thread.

    Lets be clear here?
You used a pre printed/paid Special Delivery envelope?
You sent it via a Post Office?

I thought this was going to be about another scam service company. Turns out there actually is a government department hiding in the middle of Milton Keynes.

Yes, it has been a Royal Mail, pre-paid special delivery envelope, send via post office to Legalisation UK for my document to be returned. They've changed it with another special delivery envelope-Royal Mail (different tracking no) and omitted to tell. I've found out about this, 2 month after, when told them that the case is under investigation by Royal Mail as they were refusing to give me details re my application. The returned e-mail from them, containing a different tracking no, said that I will have to pay more money (£5.50) for my application to be redelivered as they have it (but never receive it).
I presume they've used different address and both Royal mail and Legalisation UK ?can't confirm this. If I check this different tracking no on Royal mail website it says that the envelope it has been circulating somewhere else.
I'm thinking to complain about this but I'm not sure if is worth it.:mad::mad:

If it's so important just pay the £5.50 and be done with it. Complaining will get you no where as nobody but you actually cares.
  • Did Legalisation UK ask you to supply a pre-paid special delivery envelope for return of your document or was that your idea? If they didn't, and they are a govt dept, then you've probably strayed outside their defined processes hence the confusion.

Apart from the fact you've not received it back, why do you think they've sent it to the wrong address rather than RM "losing" it? Have you asked LUK where they returned it to?

If you want it sorted pay the £5.50 as bris suggests

Okay,I'm guessing english isnt your 1st language?

So I'm assuming you sent in documents and included a return pre paid SD envelope?

Legislation UK used a different envelope to return it to you with a different SD number.

You have tracking which shows the item is in transit?

So whats the £5.50 for? Sounds to me like they have your documents but no return envelope. So want you to pay for this?

I was following the steps on the LUK website and there is states about request of pre paid envelope. Regarding asking about returned address I've asked both LUK and Royal Mail and they can't provide such an information.
I've already paid those £5.5, 5 days ago, for returning the document, sent them an e-mail and still no reply or having the document. It's really annoying. I'll have to phone them, again.

So true. I've done it already, let's see where it gets.
