If they are the elderly then it comes out of the retirement, if young children the it comes out of the pot of money allocated to CB.
I just knew there would be somebody who would try to make it look as though the deduction would be against the person to attempt to make a point
I am not 'attempting to make a point', I really don't know what you are suggesting.
What do you mean by 'comes out of the retirement'?
Assuming CB is Child Benefit, what is the 'pot of money.?
Correct me if I am wrong, but are you suggesting that if the elderly, or those with young children, can't/won't pay their gas and electricity bill then it is paid for them from some central source?
If so, who decides the customer will have their bills paid for them? i.e. they are vulnerable? All retired people? All families with children?0 -
We are both now retired...therefore I publicly declare that I am vulnerable ....where do I send my utility bills for payment please ???
Presumably the DWP?:rotfl:0
