    Me too
I can go for hours thoughout the day without eating, but once I start, I can't stop.
That doesn't bother me on holiday though, I fill up at every opportunity
Change is inevitable, except from a vending machine.

Do people really worry about this sort of thing ? If they do they should get out more.
  • I always have cereal first then cooked breakfast if I'm having it, not sure why it matters though?

Personally I would (well, I do) start with a small bowl of cereal or porridge, orange juice and coffee. Then the cooked breakfast with the coffee then a small portion of fruit and a pastry, more coffee.

Such a breakfast is a rare treat for me and I enjoy taking ages over it.

    I agree with the above

The cold foods first - cereals, bread & cheeses etc
Then the fry - with tea and toast

    Fruit juice at any time

that's usually enough for me - but if not, a pastry afterwards (although often wrapped up and put in my bag!)

I find that you can pile more on a plate if you put the larger items at the bottom and then work upwards. You should be able to get at least 6000 calories worth on a 10 inch plate that way.

If you want to research better systems, then I suggest you look at creating a temporary superstructure based on sausages and toast (you can also used fried bread). Glue is a bit of problem but if you're in luck they will have left the porridge out a little too long and this is generally excellent, although my other half swears you can use congealed egg yolks. If you're in America you can use the ubiquitous toothpicks for extra reinforcement and start pushing the 20000 calorie mark!
