Welsh Water Rebates for UU Customers

I live in an area where the waste water network is owned and operated by Welsh Water but I am billed by UU. I understand that Welsh Water customers receive an annual rebate or dividend payment because Welsh Water (DCWW) are a not for profit organisation. As this is the case am I entitled to a dividend because I also use the DCWW waste network even though I am billed by UU. Does anyone know if DCWW and UU collaborate and if dividends/rebates have been passed to UU customers who use the DCWW waste service network. If DCWW customers get a rebate based upon DCWW performance why dont UU billed customers who use DCWW network get the same rebate?? Any help appreciated. Both UU and DCWW dont really know how to advise me on this.

Welcome to the forum.
I suggest you contact the Consumer Council for Water - they are excellent at representing customers.
