Multiple Ticket's Residential Estate Link Parking

Hi coupon, there are yellow chevrons from the previous parking company who never patrolled the estate or issued a single ticket. The link sign has no mention of them. Link don't use them as they ticket people nowhere near a yellow chevron.

Additionally, no resident has been issued a permit! The link signs are plastered all over the estate. They are the standard link signs that I've seen in other threads they do mention permits lol.

Can you illustrate this for us anyway? Pics of the roadway with those faded chevrons but tell us where the car was parked, showing us if it was near a sign?

And pics of the signs would always be useful, we've seen similar ones lots of times but it sounds like this neighbour (if he contacts you) will need help to defend a Gladstones claim in a couple of months.
