Delight/ Vectone mobile problems
I have a Delight payg sim for a business phone. Customers have complained there's no voicemail even though looking at my account online it showed it was switched on. I checked myself and there was no voicemail option it just stopped.
Called their customer services and what a joke, on hold for 30 mins before answering and they said they would switch it on. Only now the phone doesn't work at all, no voicemail and I can't make or receive any calls.
Called them back and they said it would be resolved within 2 days.
Since then I can't get them to answer my calls, :mad: I have tried every day several time a day since Friday, on hold for more than 45 mins before I give up. There is no queuing system or any way that I can leave a message for them to call me back. :eek:
Had this number for more than 10 years so anxious that I keep the number. I just want my PAC code to port it to another provider and need to do this asap.
Any ideas how to get in touch wuth them, I'm trying 020 7179 0134 and 07892111202. They say call 202 from your Delight mobile but with mine I can't make or receive any calls for almost a week now. :mad:

Nothing directly, however Delight and Vectone are Mundio Mobile brands.0 -

Delight only have a mobile number to contact them. I didn't know they were part of the same brand until I called last week and they answered with Vectone. They have a landline so then realised I could then call from my landlord since I've used up more than 150mins in 5 days on hold to them and them still not answering!! :mad:

Order another free Delight SIM online and if you haven't succeeded in asking for your PAC by the time it arrives, call them from it.Evolution, not revolution0
