Text plan, International plan or BlackBerry® plan
and then page 18
Talk Tariff, Mates Rates,
Mates Rates International, Text Appeal, Everyone, Standard, Relax,
Relax with Allowances Talk & Text
Unless I'm mistaken, there's only the 2nd set of plans which get the increases.

Also, it appears that the "fair use" policy is limited to 500 Mb per month...
