£5 Only ATMs

Does anyone know if all the ATMs which only dispensed £5 notes have been removed? I don't think they were very numerous, but there was one next to my local station for some years, and I found it very useful. Now it's been replaced by a normal ATM which just gives tens and twenties.

At the mixed denomination ATMs, just choose other amount and then request £5 if that is all you want/have.
