Guys, we got a "Action required today" letter from them today from TNC parking services.
They have added £79 to the bill in "admin charges" and say if we don't pay it will go to litigation.
Is this just more !!!!!!!! ?0 -

Ignore it. The decision is not binding on the motorist so you do not need to pay anything unless a judge tells you to. If you get a LBA or LBCCC or real court papers then come back for further advice.
If it does go to court, this would form part of your defence as it may be persuasive to another judge.

Hi, not 100% sure what this means
If you get a LBA or LBCCC or real court papers then come back for further advice.
But we did get a letter from them today with a headline at the top
Notice of Intention to advcise client to issue summonss.
It threatens to issue court proceedsing allowing enforcement to be used to recover the debt via our earnings..
More hollow threats?0 -
I doubt it says summons as this is a civil matter
could be a debt collector letter as they refer to passing it back to their client , so its not an LBC either
an LBC would come from the client themselves (the PPC) or their solicitors
an MCOL would come from the Northampton Court0 -
It 100% says summons.
I tried to upload a screen shot but it won't let me as I'm a new user.0 -
Flipped ticket claims rarely succeed at court, One County Court judge recently stated that tickets without sticky backs were unfit for purpose. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Hmm, really don't want to go to court though.
Could I send you a copy of the letter to take a look, perhaps I'm being overly concerned. I just can' tupload it here.0
