But wasn't that after you've logged on? If so then not much use for someone who logs on infrequently and can't do so when site is down.

They sent texts to some customers who they thought might be affected, not me (maybe because I don't normally leave it this late).

loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.
