Flights reduced in price after purchase

We purchased 2 flights with Ryanair back in May, well before our planned journey in October 2016. They cost £344 each. They have since reduced to £302 each. We paid by debit card. Can any one help me to find out whether we have any comeback with Ryanair regarding the price? We thought we were doing the right thing to buy early, thinking the prices would only rise.

Nothing you can do, except stop looking at the prices...0

Heard somewhere that the optimum time before a flight to book is 6 weeks. Worked for me this year flying to Faro with Easyjet.0

Some destinations are more popular than others. October November and February prices can drop dramatically.
If you booked at this price because you didn't want to lose your dates or your hotel, you did the right thing. Hopefully you also checked if any agents were doing it cheaper.0 -

No agent can sell Ryanair flights cheaper than Ryanair themselves.
You might see some of the shonky OTAs advertise a cheaper fare than the airline themselves but the fare simply does not exist.
Always book for Ryanair directly with the airline and be careful not to click on the advertising links if using a search engine to find Ryanair.0 -
Thanks all. I guess I was being a bit hopeful that there'd be some comeback! Had to book to reserve the flights on specific dates. I've told my hubby to stop looking!0
