no paper bill Vodafone
Options
After registering on My Vodafone and loging into my account i recieved an email that included this statement. "In the future, we'll send you an email every month as soon as your new bill is available. Kindly note that you will no longer receive a paper copy of your bill."
I sent one back saying.
It is very important that i recieve an original paper bill so please don't stop sending one.
Kind Regards,
xxxxxxx.
I need origanal bills to claim my cash back. Has anyone alse had this problem and if so how did you overcome it? Any advise would be most welcome.
I most likely did something wrong as i am useless on computers, too long in the tooth i think.

Phone them, do not rely on an e-mail.
Ask them for an e-mail confirming your instructions.Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0 -
I had the same problem. I emailed and got a reply to say I could have paper summary bills (which I need for my cashback claims) and keep online itemised billing - no charge (which is what I had previously with Orange)... And this is what has been happening on my account.
However, when my OH phoned up (a couple of weeks later) to arrange the same thing, they said it wasn't possible! So for our other contract we have done away with online billing and gone for paper bills. The cashback is more important than the itemised bills!0 -
