Excel Parking get Gladstoned...by BW Legal. Peel Centre machine failure means no liability

http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co.uk/2016/09/excel-parking-get-gladstonedby-bw-legal.html

And now BWLegal have cost the PPC money, EXCEL that is, any more takers. It's more than the ticket was worth in the first place.
The problem now facing EXCEL is they don't know what will happen with the next case, will it keep costing them more than the ticket value, best for Excel and any other parking company using this wild bunch of solicitors to cut your losses because every time they lose for you, you become a "flag" in the county court system.

Hopefully this is a new trend with BWlegal ..... losing at court.

FACT:
BWLegal, Gladstones, Wright Hassall and Miah are not in the interests for PPC's ...... costs you money ?

It does seem a bit daft to lose £200-£400 in costs for a simple £100 ..... cheaper to write it off than to employ losers.

It is very doubtful that any other solicitor in the land would put their heads on the chopping block for scammers. I would hope that the SRA warn solicitors to stay well clear of this scamming industry ..... or they will walk the plank

this is one of the first excel/vcs cases using BW legal to appear , and may teach them to brush up VERY quickly

however in about 90% of future case it will be joe public without representation v BW legal and they will surly get a lot of wins both in court and no shows

It's the 'pour encourager les autres' who will undoubtedly more than balance the books!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You are so right pappa, but we do not want them to brush up quickly.

I am currently doing a letter to the SRA on everything about them.
It will be completed this weekend.
I will make it available to trusted MSE members, like you pappa and everybody who I know is real.

My advice to everybody is to complain to the SRA

    Mr Paul Philip Chief Executive
    Email paul.philip@sra.org.uk

BWLegal will read this forum and they should be made aware that our goal is to remove them from the SRA

BWLegal have gone OTT with their wild claims and harassment and threats. even lies to con the motorist.

We must put a stop to this money scam, collecting bunch before too many people are hurt or even a death happens.

We are warning the SRA NOW and if they ignore, they can carry the burden/can ..... we did tell them in advance about BWLegal and the other wild bunch of solicitors

Proof of the validity of BWLegal was shown today where they backed down because the date had timed out.
They knew it but still tried to scam the motorist

My letter to the SRA pointing out this rubbish will be sent to the press and TV/Media and Theresa May, just in case the SRA ignore it.

the SRA with sit on the matter , and take their time , whilst in 5 yrs time when the "banning" is about to take place Sean Barton and Rachael Withers , will buy a double glazing company and live happily from there (legalised) proceeds in crime

it took the SRA about 4 yrs to work out what to do with swarts , and they cocked it up that badly that he is still working for the same company , just a change in PAYE

    EDIT:

the SRA will not take notice if your letter unless BW have PERSONALLY affected your case

NOPE, my 65 years has taught me a lot and backing a rat in the corner is my speciality. This is because of training in my 20's
I never back down / give up until I get satisfaction.

Sorry if this sounds a bit OTT to you but you don't actually know me

I'm happy to wait and see. If beamerguy makes it, great. If not, I'm sure a victim will step forward.

    You are a rat catcher?

Anyway, back on topic. I am with Beamish on this, I too have complained vociferously to the SRA about five firms who are bringing their profession into disrepute. I do not believe that the SRA will dismiss it out if hand and the more people who complain the better.

For those who copped off English lessons at school, here is a draft.
