Heating Grant to have oil boiler replaced

I'd be grateful of any advice please. I am disabled and a single parent. I work but in receipt of PIP, Ctc and wtc.
I have a 21 year old oil boiler. I'd like to replace it for gas but gas doesn't directly come into my home. It stops at the end of my front garden.
I've tried to get a bank loan to pay for this but have been refused by a number of lenders
Can anyone suggest a scheme that I can apply to for assistance to pay for this work?
