Hello
I ran an update, and now I can't read the contents on my Micro SD card. I've tried to encrypt and decrypt it several times and even let it run all night with no luck. When I open up storage it says SD Card "Ready" but I can't do anything with it. I can't unmount it or look at the contents. I manually ejected it and loaded it on my PC but can't see the files because they are obviously still encrypted by the phone.
The phone just says 'Checking SD Card' and the line keeps moving as if it is checking, so it's not stuck, it just hasn't changed at all
Can anyone help me please?
Thanks
Tracey

I can't give you anything specific, but I would definitely make sure I allow the phone to format the card before using it, so that it's exactly as the phone likes it. Encryption will just complicate things further...0
