Vodafone Price Increase

Hi All,
Due to the recent Vodafone out of bundle price increases, a number of customers were eligible to terminate their current contract penalty free. I was one of those customers, and advised as such via a txt message and link to their website.
Vodafone advised that to exercise my right, I needed to write a letter to the specified address within 30 days. I sent my letter on 23rd June, well within the allotted timescales but haven't had a response since then, nearly three months!
Has anyone out there successfully terminated because of the price increase and how long did it take?
Obviously with each week/month that passes I am potentially paying out more than I should.
