Free new phone - but which one of those offered?

Hi, I had a nexus 5x (16gb) but it got wet in a river in a kayak tip up.
It was insured and they say they can't fix it so have offered a replacement.
My options are;
Nexus 5x (don't have in stock but could get it in a week which is no big prob for me
Samsung S5
LG G4 32gb
Sony Z3
iPhone SE 16gb
Bought the nexus 'cos it had a good camera so am minded towards the 5x or the LG G4 but what do you lot think?

5X it is then, was a bit worried the G4 at 5.5" may be a bit big for my pockets0
