Asking dvla to change a BJ66 plate

Are there any grounds you can ask dvla to issue a new plate

When you type BJ into Google the first result it comes back with is fellatio so I think I could argue it is offensive - but whether that would be good enough reason I'm not sure

You can have pretty much any plate you want for £250.

Yup, but you can get any older plate you want. Get a 65 plate or a 56 plate or something.

Most people have way more important things to worry about than whether or not a few 12 year olds giggle at my number plate.
