Help to buy ISA help!!

So I had a small amount to of money in my halifax help to buy ISA but I panicked when I read the bad press and withdrew all the funds but didn't close the account (there is now nothing in the account)....it will not let me pay in this month even though I haven't paid anything in this month....should I be able to just keep paying in or will I need to reopen another one?
Thanks in advance

Payments must be made by standing order. If you have >£1000 to deposit it would probably be worth closing it and opening another.0
