Paying for service I don't use
When I was looking into getting a phone I was hoping to get contract phone. Now I am deaf so I won't use my minutes up.
I found nothing for us deaf people who don't use minutes so essentially we would be paying for a service we don't use.
Is there any plans in exsistent

Seriously....buy a phone you can afford.0

All I can think of is to buy a phone and use a pay as you go sim.0

There are SIM only plans designed for tablets or Mifi devices, which don't have a bundled voice or SMS allowance. However, I think you would have to buy the phone separately to make use of one of those, as most retailers will assume if you want to buy a phone, you will want to be able to make calls on it. You could look at the deals on tablet devices (with SIMs) if you're not interested in making calls.

The OP wanting a phone on contract alludes to the fact that it is a phone that will be paid for over perhaps two years.
Often not the most cost effective way to purchase a phone. So they'll pay for a lot more than just a service they don't want.
Their post would need more detail for tailored advice.0
