Hello just wanted to let you know my Gran got a letter fro staywarm last week with her new rate, it has not gone up this year and she pays 12 pounds a week for gas and electric. She ha her central heating on 30 constantly an the one bed flat is by no way means energy efficent as the boiler for one is old.
So the amount you are paying does seem excessive, I would give them a call and query it. If you would like to pm me and I will find out from the etter how many units of both gas and electric she used last year for you to compare your usage against.0
