Outstanding balance with Virgin Media..

But I can't find any email address or postal address to contact them in order to start repaying (found an entry on credit report).
I dont like to discuss debts over the phone so would prefer to speak to someone.
Also, I have no idea what address it relates to or what my reference number is! Can anyone help?
