    Right so you agree with me that I am right but now you try and muddy the water by including an insertion.
    Have it your way. Although I don't see too many queuing up to add the valid points you are expecting!

    Meantime then, about the computer glitch - what caused it? Was it Microsoft's dreaded Windows 10 Anniversary Update? Or was it someone else's hack ? :p

    The main reason being that the 'regulars' on the Flight Delay Compensation section try to discourage posts which have no relevance by not responding or requesting that any posts are placed on, say, the airline thread relevant to their delay.


    IMO the runway problems at London City will not lead to any compensation payments (more than one airline effected) and those delayed should be discouraged from submitting, and possibly pursuing, 261/2004 claims whereas the BA computer 'glitch' does leave the door open to claims when the 3/4 hour threshold applies.
