I've guessed at the end date as the Ts & Cs are linking to an old TGI comp that ended in August

The end date is closes 23.59 on 21.11.16. T&C's are at the very bottom of the section. And they are;

1. By entering the competition, you agree that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree that you will be bound by them.
2. Open to UK residents aged 18+ only. Normal exclusions apply.
3. Internet access required.
4. Opens 00.01 on 02.08.16, closes 23.59 on 21.11.16.
5. No purchase necessary.
6. To enter visit tgifridays.co.uk to tell us what your dream Christmas would be. Entries limited to 250 characters.
7. Prize is £5,000 cash
8. Winner will be selected by a panel of judges at TGI Fridays, the decision of the judges is final.
9. Winner will be notified by email on 23.11.16, if the winner does not respond within 7 business days, TGI Fridays reserves the right to pick another winner.

I don't know if they've updated, but I just had a glance at the T+Cs and they say 250 words, the same as the competition.

Their T&C's now state "The closing date of the Prize Draw is 23:59 on 17th August 2016"

*sorry my mistake, clicked on the T&C's link on the competition and it took me to a different prize T&C. Just ignore! closing date is as ginquinn states 21/11/16

That's a different competition - the terms for this are further down the page
